Retail Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
How to Return
Email hello@nubisquishy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Please review your quote carefully. Defective items will be credited or replaced upon review.
